As a VIP Host, you’ll be the dedicated guide and point of contact for a small group of our honored guests throughout the evening. You’ll ensure they experience the very best Spellbound has to offer—from timely arrivals at key moments to personalized refreshments and warm, knowledgeable hospitality. You’ll be their steady presence, their helpful hand, and, if needed, their advocate.
Responsibilities:

Greet your assigned VIP guests upon arrival and provide a brief overview of the evening

Escort them to important performances, galleries, and curated activities according to their itinerary

Proactively offer food and drinks or respond to any special requests they may have

Communicate any VIP needs or concerns directly to the PACE team

Ensure your guests feel welcomed, supported, and enchanted throughout the evening
What to Expect:

You will receive a printed itinerary and event overview before your shift

Training and a day-of briefing will ensure you’re confident and prepared
-
This is a mobile, high-touch role that involves attentive listening and proactive hospitality

Food will be available for you before your shift and during any scheduled downtime

You will report directly to Eric and Bitsy for any support during the evening
Dress Code:

All black attire: shirt, pants (or dress), socks, and shoes

No visible logos or colored designs, minimal jewelry
