PACE AMBASSADOR PATRON SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
The Patron Service Representative will provide customer service, manage cash handling, and ticketing services in our state-of-the-art box office. The PACE Ambassador Patron Service Representative will service PACE, American Midwest Ballet, Chanticleer Community Theater, and Kanesville Symphony Orchestra patrons. Other responsibilites of the PACE Ambassador Patron Service Representative may include:
- Meet and greet all incoming visitors to the HFACC.
- Gain a working knowledge of the activities and events in the HFACC, answer questions, and direct visitors in finding events.
- Maintain knowledge of items currently available to patrons and assist patrons with purchase decisions.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Processes patron transactions including, but not limited to; tickets, memberships, low-level gift processing, address updates and entering new patron records into the system.
- Process phone and in person orders using PACE ticketing platform (AudienceView) and PACE Donor Management System (Altru).
- Promote memberships to paid guests.
- Resolve customer conflicts.
- Follow proper cash handling procedures and reconcile daily transactions.
- Maintain a positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping others.
- Assist with regular database maintenance projects, maintaining quality database entry practices.
- Assist with night of show walk-up sales and will call distribution.
- Troubleshoot night of show customer issues in a professional manner.
- Ensure theater, lobby, hallways, and restrooms are clean and ready for patrons.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned.
