Step into the role of "Chief Yardmaster" and take charge of our high-stakes Coal Races!
During this year's Railroad Days, you’ll be the energy behind the action as guests (mainly kiddos) compete to transport "black coal" (foam balls) across the finish line using shovels. It’s a fast-paced, hilarious activity that brings a competitive spark to the lounge, and you’ll be there to keep the "locomotives" on track and the race times recorded.
This position is perfect for a high-energy volunteer who enjoys a lively, social atmosphere and isn't afraid to stir up some friendly competition. You’ll manage the starting line, hand out the shovels, and ensure the coal stays within the designated "loading zone" of the cocktail area. If you’re ready to keep the steam engines chugging and the crowd cheering, join us for a shift and help make this year’s Railroad Days a runaway success!
